The trousers I ordered were delivered after about 3 weeks of waiting. Looked nothing like the picture advertised. Asked for a returns address that took at least 3 days for them to respond. Only to find out the order needs to go back to china. They then offer a 20% discount off the trousers for me to keep them. Checks with p.o how much to send back to china. £25. So in effect I’d need to spend £25 to get my £28 refund. Contacts the company and explains thus is a uk site why can’t I send them back there? “Company policy”SO Compsny policy is a total scam. They know exactly what they’re doing. Avoid at your own expense. Don’t follow the trap.
