I placed order on 12 October and money was straight away taken, on their London based virtual dummy address says order will arrive within 3-5 business days but order came after 20 days. Guess the shocking thing products and their colors and material was completely different then pictures. This business is not even registered on HMRC at all. I have been emailing them regarding return and refund only 1 email was answered which states a china based address and i was instructed to send items to china. I am keep emailing them but nobody replying. I would say Temu has much better services and return policies but this so called brand has no true identity it should be reported, it causing troubles to people. I need my refund that’s all and i will make sure to get it.
