After ordering cargo trousers through an online advert( big first mistake!), they arrived but were poor quality and the size didn’t match what I’d ordered. A new pair were eventually sent supposedly larger but in fact the same size with very strange sizing on the label. I should have consulted TrustPilot before buying as most reviews are negative suggesting customer services as well as quality of product is extremely poor. Customer Support ‘Claire’s’ emails would often be sent at 3am suggesting a distant office in Asia apologising for errors. Still no refund as requested. Avoid this ‘London-based’ company at all costs. I’m now going through consumer protection to make a formal complaint.
