This has been the biggest scam of my life. Is this a joke? I would give zero stars if possible. I'm embarrassed by how much I spent on 'cashmere pullovers' intended as Christmas gifts. I fell for their advertising, and after two weeks of waiting, I received jumpers that are NOT cashmere! They are cheap polyester. I know genuine cashmere, and I’m extremely disappointed because I can’t return them and don’t have time to find decent gifts elsewhere. How can a company like this continue to operate?
