I had a very disappointing experience with Olyndra London and would strongly advise others to avoid this company.I ordered an item after seeing one of their Instagram ads, believing they were a London-based business as presented on their website. In reality, they are a China-based company posing as having a UK presence. My order took over three weeks to arrive, and the tracking code they provided (via Evir) was not recognised at any point.When the item finally turned up, it was badly packaged, terrible quality, and did not remotely match the sizing advertised. The trousers I ordered couldn’t even be pulled past my knees.When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was told I could either receive only 20% of what I paid, or if I wanted a full refund I would need to return the item to China at my own expense — around £20 postage for a £30 product, which is completely unreasonable.The company’s behaviour is misleading, unprofessional, fraudulent, and feels deliberately obstructive. I will be reporting my experience to Trading Standards and other relevant consumer protection bodies due to the misrepresentation and unacceptable refund practices. This is a scam.
