I believe that this company is a scam. I ordered a pair of trousers that were £28 reduced from £48. I wasn’t expecting fine tailoring but I hoped that they would at least fit. Having waited 3 weeks for the item to arrive, I opened the package and found a pair of poorly made trousers in a totally different size to what I had ordered. I also noticed a dark patch on the bottom of one of the legs, and stitching that looked like it had been done by somebody who had their eyes closed. So, I contacted the seller who said I could keep the trousers and that they would send me the correct size. Given the long wait and quality I asked for a full refund. They offered a 20% refund and I could still keep the trousers and suggested I give them to a friend. I don’t have any friends with a 32” waist and 24” inside leg. I insisted on a refund. So they asked me to post the trousers back, to an address in China, using Royal Mail International tracked…..at my expense. They also said that if they felt that the garment was in any way damaged, I wouldn’t get a refund. I’m pretty certain how that would have gone so I told them to keep the money and I’ve thrown away the trousers. Don’t believe anything on their website, or on their SM posts. Charlatans.
