It doesn't matter if they claim it's with the courier or somewhere else; I've paid for an item that hasn't arrived, and I demand my money back immediately. It's a straightforward request. I strongly advise against using this company, as they do not reflect the image they present on social media. Their customer service is appalling, and there’s no option to speak to anyone directly, whether at the company or the courier service. It feels like a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
