Absolute RUBBISH..Entered competition and cost should have been £50 but they took £200 !They tell me it was a "glitch" in their system which happens and they cannot control!!Three days later still waiting my refund""Somewhere between this lot and my bank"Oh yes we have 3 to 5 days to refund you.NOT when you took my money without my permission...Not even an apology let alone anything else.It's like getting blood out of a stone. No worse, one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with.Customer services about as useful as a chocolate tea pot..
