I appreciate the charity support this competition offers, but the app is quite frustrating. I've consistently had issues logging in, and when reaching out to the support team, I received no useful information or resolution. I attempted to send my login details to my email, but nothing has arrived.
There's a login issue when paying with Apple Pay, as it automatically fills in the email without confirmation. This has resulted in two tickets, but I can only access one through the app. I reached out to the support team, but they weren't very helpful, leaving me unable to view one ticket on the official platform.
I truly enjoy the service; their monthly promotions are so appealing that I wish I could participate more. Even when I enter and don't win, I appreciate that part of my entry fee goes towards the significant charitable work the organization supports without bias. Great job!

I have been a subscriber at £10/month for some time, and it was raised to £15/month without my consent, and likely without others’ as well.
