Zero stars! complete scam. I started the basic plan in 2024 and had some success but never to the extent they claimed it would do. I got the excuse that there was an issue with the "back-end-team" but have been switched 3 times to other teams with zero success. I've been trying to contact someone to terminate the contract based on the 24-month buyback program but it's impossible to find anyone in the US to contact. Amazon recently deactivated the store for reasons I don't understand but can't find anyone to get it activated again. Anis Serri is the dirt bag that started RUA and he also has a real estate business in Ontario that I'm guessing he started with our money. I've been trying to track him down as well.

Same story as most others. I did the 70/30 split and started in Nov 2024. The store seemed to ramp up slow and never hit the milestones they promised, but it was at least working. Then all sales stopped in November 2025 where they said they were having issues with their "back end team" and working to resolve it. They would not provide anymore detail as to what that meant and did not give me any updates. I had to constantly reach out to get a response. I then got introduced to a different "account manager" who said the manager I was working with "Cris" had left the company. I got on a call with the new "account manager" who said RUA handed over 70 of their customer stores to his business to run, and he's located in India. He told me a different story as to why they gave him the accounts to manage which did not match what RUA said. I can't get a hold of anyone from RUA and it looks like their website is no longer working. My store is back up and running, but I have no clue on if this new company that is now managing my store is or will honor the profit split I paid "got scammed" for. I'm happy to join a class action lawsuit, but I imagine all of the clowns are long gone. I have no idea what's going to happen now with this new "company" managing my store. Like most things that sound too good to be true, it was too good to be true and now I'm kicking myself for liquidating my 401K to pay these assholes.

Rise Up Automation

I've had the same experience as everybody else on here. I did the 70/30 split, total income since Jan. 2025 is 7k, I signed up with them Dec. 2024. I'd like to get a class action lawsuit started against these scammers. Feel free to email me at ckbloch at yahoo dot com

Scam business, run away

Same as all the others. Started up. Looked decent. Then died. 6 months with absolutely no response and no recourse for recovery. Account is disabled and no one will respond. Lost inventory and no accountability. Borrowed money to start this. Not working at all

$13,000.00 of my inventory vanished

They lost more than $13,000.00 of my inventory. What did they do about it? Absolutely nothing! Even after countless pleads and requests, I never heard a peep from anyone in management, accounting, or operations. Paid $35K for the 50/50 split. Horrible and soulless scammers. Class action lawsuit needed!

I was scammed

I was scammed. Do not work with them. I did a 50-50 split and my store never made a profit. Currently reviewing legal avenues. I was eligible for my 90 day buy back, but the refused and ghosted me. I recommend everyone in the same boat file a claim against them with the FTC. If enough of us do, we can get the government to help us get our money back. They’re going after many companies right now. Let’s join together to go after them!

Run away as fast as possible

Similar to feedback from everyone else. I did the 50/50 plan, received a very small amount of sales in the first few months. However, they screwed up virtually every part of the operations that possibly can be screwed up (broken items sent to buyers, incorrect items sent, delayed shipments, etc). Amazon quickly shut the store down. The contract shows it is on the partner (me) to create another store if the first is shut down. However, Amazon is smart enough to recognize the second store is connected to me and declined my ability to open a second store. I am currently trying to get RUA to commit in writing to when I can expect the difference between my initial investment and the revenue received from the first store. They are now ghosting me and I am not confident I will get them to commit in writing and am exploring options to lawyer up and go after them since the expectations in the contract are not reasonable related to opening a second store.

Trash

Trash. Same as other reviews. I signed up. Began to see progress then shut down by Amazon. RUA seemingly is selling fraudulent product, allegedly, thru clients stores then getting them shut down and refusing to take responsibility. Money is now gone. Anyone on here looking to join together for class action lawsuit against this scam, let me know thru email, ryanstickney1@gmail Sorry for everyone else that got ripped off by these guys.

Signed up for 70/30 account

Signed up for 70/30 account. Moment they received wire transfer they stopped responding. Our point person was Andrew Higginson who has ignored all of our emails. We now go on the page to try to set a new appointment but no appointments available. We are taking legal action on all those involved. Scam despite being featured on USA Today and Forbes.
