I placed an order and requested a refund due to sizing issues, but they asked for an additional $24 to resend a replacement. I complied, but never got the replacement. When I followed up, they claimed it was delivered but didn't provide the address. After contacting my local office, I learned it was delivered to a different address, and they couldn't share that information. I informed the company, and they offered another replacement for an extra $24. This situation is unbelievable. I will not be ordering from them again due to poor customer service.
