Found these shoes online when searching were good walking shoes. Was excited that they had a buy one get one free deal. With my current job, I do walk a lot great colors to choose from. Shipped out really fast and even got a thank you email. Definitely will be looking out for a new arrivals on their website
What made my experience great was how comfortable and supportive these shoes are. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and almost immediately after I started wearing them, I noticed a significant reduction in pain. They provide excellent arch support and comfort throughout the day. The company also does a great job with customer service. They respond quickly to emails and are very helpful with any questions. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the shoes and the support from the company.
I'm really impressed with the color and comfort of these shoes. It's my first time trying this style, and I'm absolutely in love! I will definitely be on the lookout for more styles available here. I work long hours each day, and these shoes are perfect for my job.
I would rate this as zero stars if possible. This has been the absolute worst buying experience. I placed my order in late November during a holiday sale, and I didn't receive my items until the end of December, well after the holidays and past their 30-day return window. Since then, I've been given the runaround via email, as they don't provide a phone number. Instead of the half sizes I ordered, they sent me all the same size shoes, and this was not accurately displayed on the website, or I would have made different choices. I spent nearly $400, and they are refusing to process a return. I used a payment service, and they claim they don't have enough information. I'm still trying to resolve this with the payment service to get a refund, as well as from the seller. THIS IS A SCAM. Avoid at all costs!
The representative at customer service provided exceptional help with options and support. It's important to mention that there is a shipping fee for returning items that don't fit, and I recommend considering a half or full size up from your usual size, as the trainers tend to run a bit smaller. In order to receive a new pair, I was requested to submit a 5-star review, which is why I rated the service so highly.
Exceptional support and I am really pleased with the appearance. The shoes I bought were too small. I requested a different size, and the company promptly arranged to send me the right size at no additional charge, allowing me to keep the original pair. The company genuinely values its customers.
Although my shoes arrived later than expected, I finally received them. They were a bit small, but the team assured me I could exchange them for the correct size at no additional cost. I placed an order and requested a refund due to sizing issues, but they asked for an additional $24 to resend a replacement. I complied, but never got the replacement. When I followed up, they claimed it was delivered but didn't provide the address. After contacting my local office, I learned it was delivered to a different address, and they couldn't share that information. I informed the company, and they offered another replacement for an extra $24. This situation is unbelievable. I will not be ordering from them again due to poor customer service.
