I would rate this as zero stars if possible. This has been the absolute worst buying experience. I placed my order in late November during a holiday sale, and I didn't receive my items until the end of December, well after the holidays and past their 30-day return window. Since then, I've been given the runaround via email, as they don't provide a phone number. Instead of the half sizes I ordered, they sent me all the same size shoes, and this was not accurately displayed on the website, or I would have made different choices. I spent nearly $400, and they are refusing to process a return. I used a payment service, and they claim they don't have enough information. I'm still trying to resolve this with the payment service to get a refund, as well as from the seller. THIS IS A SCAM. Avoid at all costs!
