I decided to travel from Australia to meet the team for excess skin removal and reconstructive surgery. From the outset, Dr Polat and his team have been incredibly understanding, professional and highly motivated. I had 2 procedures within the course of a month and I am so happy with the results. Dr Polat was very thorough and answered all my questions and was with me throughout my journey. Fatma personally attended to all my medical needs and was a source of strength when I needed help. Her positivity and assurance kept me going. I could not ask for a better team and have been recommending them to everyone! We are still in communication and they are always checking in with my progress. I am so glad I decided to choose Dr Polat. I'm 11 days post op from breast up lift and implant with back uplift from dr Omer polat.Your are truly amazing what you do.. Dr Ømer really listened to everything you tell him on what you would like and then advised you best outcome hes very polite.After my surgery Dr Polat and his team made sure I was alright before leaving.. through out night I had the nurse checking on me. Next morning Dr polat and his team visited me make sure I was doing alright.. Dr polat did regularly check up and made sure to answer any of my questions, nurse fatma, was always checking in on me making sure I was okay or if I needed anything it was so lovely to have such support..Dr omer co-ordinatoring team was there through out the whole stay to make sure if I needed anything or if i wasn't quite sure on something truly amazing Dr omer polat is such a professional sugeron very kind a polite I highly recommend him.He has giving me the body I've always wanted the scar healing great to..
I originally found Dr Omar Polat through recommendations from 2 friends , I’m so pleased I did and that he did my surgery, I’m so pleased with my scar healing it’s so neat and fine and very happy with my overall experience, Dr Omer Polat is very knowledgeable in what he does and advised accordingly,I will be returning for my next procedure
I had fat put in my breast area! Before the procedure Omer said he wanted to open more space below my right breast! I said to him I really don’t want that and I begged him do not! Anyway Omer did it & now I am left with one breast fold lower than the other side! When I showed Omer the results. He reacted very dismissive & lacked empathy and had a condescending, demeaning tone, when I asked can he fix it, he out straight refused too help and said he will fix it when I book a secondary treatment (another €4-5k) I told him my concern and he has no interest in fixing it! He has just ignored my messages, I had this procedure done 8.5 weeks ago and since I expressed my concern to him, I have had zero support from him. His only advice was to use tape and wear a bra. They have ignored my cry for help but he has continued to post on instragram many holiday snaps to Paris, turkish hotspots & now Barcelona all in the short 8 weeks since my procedure, it is a insult to me that he can go on holidays and live his extravagant lifestyle no problem but as for customer happiness, communication, support & understanding, he has shown none!If you decide to go with Omer I hope you wake up happy with your results because if you are concerned or unhappy with any of his work I’m sure you will be ghosted like he has me! I have photos I can share if you wish to contact me. I gave plenty of time before writing this to reply to my message or plan future treatment for any future time but my messages has been completely ignored by the them.
6 months on from having 360 lipo, abdominal muscles repair, extended tummy tuck, 275cc breast implants and uplift and mons lift and I can honestly say I've never in my whole life felt so good about myself. The team here have given me a new life. Deffinatley one of the best and easiest decisions I've made... Dr plat is without a doubt the best in his field. He's unbelievably skilled, he's left me not only with a new body to enjoy but a whole new lease on life. I owe them all of my new found happiness. I will be forever grateful to the whole team ❤️❤️❤️
I came to Turkey April 2024 to have a tummy tuck . 360 lipo & my breast reduced and lifted. I can honestly say it's the best decision I made I finally feel happy in my own body. I was treated and cared for absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting surgery. I don't have one bad word to say. They truly have changed my life 💞
I was supposed to have a mummy make over, with this person preforming my surgery at GOZDE INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL, IZMIRAfter arriving at the hospital, he took us into his office to discuss the procedure, and we found out then that he believed it was just a breast lift he was doing.I told him it was a mummy make over I had paid for and this included a Breast lift, breast implants, 360 lipo, tummy tuck and monz lift, to which he replied that he only knew about the breast lift, but it would be OK to proceed ahead with the Mummy makeover and everything that includedEverything seemed to be ok with the surgery but after a couple of days my care went downhill and on one occasion my husband had to complain to the nurses as Mr Polat was doing his rounds. The reason for the complaint was that I had been left in the bed, with my corset completely open, unable to move due to the surgery and needing to go to the toilet, and after asking numerous amount of times, no assistance came!Mr Polat came into my room, and said to me that he wanted me to be discharged immediately??? And because there were nurses in the room also, I believe he was showing off using his status and trying to punish and make an example of us for making a complaint.With this my husband responded immediately with his objection, as I only had the surgery a couple of days prior and I am also a type one insulin dependant diabeticBecause of the complaint Mr Polar then continued to call my husband rude, but when my husband asked why he was saying this, he said that he didn't like the way my husband sat in his office with his legs crossed????Following the surgery and arriving back to the UK, the stitches in both of my breasts became undone, my breasts became infected and due to this, I had to be treated for the infection at the breast clinic department at my county hospital, I had reached out to Mr Polat as he was my surgeon and had performed this surgery. Mr Polat advised I had to stay in the UK and seek medical advice.Also I realised, after the bandages were fully removed, that one of my breasts, the nipple was higher than the other one, one breast was smaller than the other and I hadn't been given the 360 lipo or monz lift, so it was obvious some of the surgery had not been doneI have been left with major scarring now all around the breast area and very hard lumps in both breasts and I paid for procedures that I didn't receiveI have been fighting ever since to try and get something done or some kind of refund or compensation for the botched surgery but Mr Polat or the Gozde hospital wont help - I have raised a separate review on how the Hospital has dealt with this situationAfter several months, Omar Polat decided to contact me by whatsapp as he was contacting patients to see how they were doing....so I replied to him, not happy and the reasons why and guess what, yes he just ghosted meI cannot believe that we all were getting on so well when discussing the procedure in his office prior to my surgery, and the change after my surgery, regarding the lack of aftercare and the abuse of power...you are in their hospital and reliant on them to ensure recovery and get back home to the UK....and they know it!!I think silence shows guilt and the fact that he ghosted me surely proves that. I also believe the power has gone to his head, but he is only a person like everyone else, apart from he has ruined my life and is just trying to walk away from it and forget about it.When I am asked about the procedure and how it went with Gozde and Mr Polat, I try and change the subject quickly.My confidence level was so high with Turkish Surgery ...then I met Mr Polat and he has destroyed all the confidence I had.You may have noticed that I am calling him Mr Polat instead of Dr Polat - the reason for this you may have guessed is that I cant believe somebody who performs this unprofessional sub- standard level of surgery and then just wants to brush it under the carpet can achieve the status of "Dr"I do hope this helps someone and no one else has to go through this type of experience and this review helps to give a realistic account of what I went through.
Exceptional serviceWe are honored to have been seen by Omer Polat and team. I have to admit on arrival we were very anxious and worried. We were greeted late night by Doja and team. They were very welcoming, ordered us food and made us comfortable. I was extremely nervous, I didn't sleep a wink. But in the morning Dr Omer greeted me with flowers, and explained the process start to finish. Dr Omer Polat is a fantastic consultant, he is thorough, professional and warming. I would return drop of the hat, I was so impressed. I will return. The results are amazing, I am so pleased, the follow up care has been exceptonial. I have been in contact on a daily basis. Highly recommended I had breast implants and lift done by Dr Ömer am very happy with my results already 3 weeks post op, the incision was neatly done my worry was the scars and am happy to say I can’t even see them, the communication from day 1 until now has been amazing, Dr Ömer and his team were very professional,I was made at ease the minute I got there as I had travelled alone I was very nervous but Dr Ömer was there beside me when I went to sleep and when I woke up he was standing beside me again assuring me everything went well, the hospital was very clean and I was being checked constantly, I was given pain medicine anytime I ask for it. The hotel very nice and clean too, I highly recommended they are not just a medical team but a family thank you so much am very happy with my results
