I was very disappointed in this doctor Asda they asked me an asked me for details more than three times. They got every detail going and still asked for more details but there’s no more details. I can give them the rude. I’m not very helpful. Customer service is just a waste of time
Treated with complete care and attention the only thing I can’t be happy about is the cost of the Monjaro !!! I’m having to borrow money every month on my Visa . I’m a pensioner and with loosing some weight it’s helped me get around better and start exercise sing too , which I could do .
Excellent service. Asda online Doctor has improved since the Mournjaro to Wegovy switch when the service seemed overwhelmed which you can understand really. Now ordering to delivery of your jab is much faster. I also had a promotion code to get 15% off which was brilliant it would be nice to get more of those. Overall I’m very happy with the service 😊

It's crucial for the service to improve coordination among staff, as their attitude leaves much to be desired.

I had a discount voucher and decided to give them another shot. They promised next-day delivery for £3.50, but it arrived three days later. Although I received a refund for the postage, the delivery performance is lacking if you require your medication urgently.

If I wanted a broad overview, I would have sought out a book. It seems the company is suitable only if you don’t expect personalized, one-on-one assistance.
