Unanswered emails, if on occasion they are answered the excuse I’ve been given twice is my email went into spam but I’m now on the approved list but still no answer for weeks. No phone number to contact. The activity superstore should reconsider who they deal with and so too Argos ultimately. My experience was cancelled the very day of travel. Promises made to provide upgrades and train tickets (which we bought for our journey), nothing. This is since June 2025 when we paid for an upgrade. If you have a choice do not choose OMGhotels.
