My server was unexpectedly taken offline without any warning, citing 'abusive map generation' as the reason. While I understand that excessive data can cause issues, I received no prior notice or opportunity to rectify the situation before the server was locked. It has now been 9 days, and I have not received any meaningful feedback from the support team. In the responses I did get, I was even blamed for a hardware failure, which I cannot verify and find hard to accept. It’s especially frustrating since I paid for a two-year plan, leaving me with a year of service that is now unusable. I have repeatedly requested access to my backup to resolve the issues, but without their cooperation, I am unable to proceed. Overall, the handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing, marked by slow communication, lack of transparency, and no willingness to work with the customer prior to taking drastic measures.
