My server was taken offline unexpectedly, with the explanation of 'abusive map generation.' While I understand that excessive data generation can create problems, I received no advance notice or opportunity to rectify the situation. My server has been down for 9 days, and I have yet to receive meaningful feedback from the support team. In the replies I got, I was even accused of causing a hardware failure, which I cannot verify and find hard to believe. This is particularly frustrating since I purchased a two-year plan and should have a full year of service remaining. My server remains locked, entirely unusable, with no clear communication or solutions provided. I have consistently requested access to my backup to manage the world, but I cannot proceed without their help. My efforts to resolve the issue have been met with unresponsiveness from the support team. Overall, the handling of this situation has been very disappointing, characterized by slow communication, lack of transparency, and no willingness to collaborate with the customer before taking extreme measures.

I had a very negative experience. The modpacks are outdated, and to use a recent one, you have to downgrade just to make it compatible. Additionally, world generation issues lead to corrupted worlds and constant errors. There are no refunds, even when the service is faulty. If you need a reliable Minecraft host, I recommend looking elsewhere.
