This is particularly frustrating since I purchased a two-year plan and should have a full year of service remaining. My server remains locked, entirely unusable, with no clear communication or solutions provided. I have consistently requested access to my backup to manage the world, but I cannot proceed without their help. My efforts to resolve the issue have been met with unresponsiveness from the support team. Overall, the handling of this situation has been very disappointing, characterized by slow communication, lack of transparency, and no willingness to collaborate with the customer before taking extreme measures.
