Opened app selected May 2nd to travel from Norrkoping to Arlanda, checked prices for bus and train , app just went white , refreshes i bought ticket for train , checked the date it's for April 14 , texted for support , wait for 10 minutes until they say hi , and later on tell me to wait for 20-30 minutes to tell me that they can't help me , and it's my problem.App bug changed my travel date and customer service refuses to refund.Support is unhelpful. Terrible experience.
