Unable to contact an agent for help. Emails cannot be replied to as they generate from an unmonitored account. The chatbot continually ends the conversation after lengthy wait times to speak to an agent about a refund. I am a very dissatisified customer. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this transaction.
