Atrocious costumer service.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM AS THEY DO NOT GET BACK TO YOU. The online chat bot does not work and there is no other ways to contact the company.
I would recommend you use this app to search for trains and view best times but then BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE OPERATOR.
A train was cancelled by the operator and I still have not received a refund. Furthermore, I tried to rebook another train with OMIO and the money is PENDING and I have not received a new train ticket or this money back either!!!!
