I purchased ticket (booking reference 14024497) from Lublin (Poland ) to Ternopil (Ukraine). There was no bus on 27th January in Lublin.I have not received any information about it. I sent refund form to Omio no answer and no money. That is no bus on 27th no answer no money. Avoid Omio website!
