My booking through Omio was disrupted due to operational changes by IRYO. The train was delayed and the connection I booked is no longer usable. IRYO has already cancelled the reservation and issued a full refund, confirming that Omio can verify this in their system.
However, Omio’s website does not allow me to process the refund or modify the journey, and the chat support bot repeatedly crashes when I try to reach a human agent. I have already attempted to contact support through multiple channels without success.
This situation was completely outside my control and I simply need assistance from a human agent to process the refund and help modify my trip. I hope Omio can resolve this issue promptly.
