I requested a change of fair only to have the app not load, then I had to pay extra at the desk or miss my train because Omio app wouldn't connect me to a person. Then when I finally got a person almost an hour later, the service was horrible. Argued with me about how stupid I was for not knowing that the listed policy on the ticket wasn't Omio's policy. Wouldn't escalate the issue and then when he did he said that I wouldn't get anything because I'm stupid for not knowing that Omio's policy was different from Iryo. Even though he sent a screenshot of the 30 minute timeframe and so did I, he said that Omio's policy was an hour and I was stupid for not knowing.
I wish Omio would do the right thing here, but based on the level of service I received, I am not holding my breath and will handle it with my CC company that has quality customer service.
