Exceptional customer support. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size jacket, and even though their website mentions that only in-store credit refunds are permitted, when I reached out via email, they graciously offered a refund to my account or the choice to receive another jacket in the correct size at no extra cost, while letting me keep the incorrect size as well. Outstanding customer service 10/10.
