Ordered a pair of pinstripe wide-leg trousers as a birthday gift for my friend and had a small issue with a ripped tag. Customer service was super quick, kind, and organised a free replacement straight away.
The trousers fit them really well, looked great, and sturdy; my friend loved them. Would definitely recommend - great customer service and easy replacements if needed.
To be honest, was a little skeptical of buying from here given past and even a few recent reviews. However, my actual experience was pretty good. I received my jeans about two weeks after placing my order, and they turned out great. To be honest, one of my favorite jeans at the moment, and I consider myself particular about my jeans.

Exceptional customer support. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size jacket, and even though their website mentions that only in-store credit refunds are permitted, when I reached out via email, they graciously offered a refund to my account or the choice to receive another jacket in the correct size at no extra cost, while letting me keep the incorrect size as well. Outstanding customer service 10/10.

The jacket looks just like the images and is quite nice. I requested an exchange for a different size, and the service was kind enough to send a replacement at no cost, but unfortunately, they sent the wrong jacket.
