I saw an ad pop up on Instagram so checked out the website and found something that I wanted I ordered it on the 16th of December. Everything went through fine order was to be processed. I had a time frame for estimated delivery except between the 17th and the 23rd of December and I understand that it’s Christmas and most companies shut down but at least update the people who have bought stuff that you’re going to be shut down for Christmas - anyway I don’t hear anything after multiple emails over the festive period so I end up cancelling my order on the 6th of Jan due to lack of communication and have taken my business elsewhere
