I saw an ad pop up on Instagram so checked out the website and found something that I wanted I ordered it on the 16th of December. Everything went through fine order was to be processed. I had a time frame for estimated delivery except between the 17th and the 23rd of December and I understand that it’s Christmas and most companies shut down but at least update the people who have bought stuff that you’re going to be shut down for Christmas - anyway I don’t hear anything after multiple emails over the festive period so I end up cancelling my order on the 6th of Jan due to lack of communication and have taken my business elsewhere
Alex could not have helped us more then he did, he let us know that the wheels weren’t in stock to then keeping us in the loop with deliveries! the to have issues with the delivery and for it to be sorted so quickly, he honestly done such a great job!
