These guys came recommended to me after having issues with my genuine Mercedes alloy wheels cracking badly leaving my car unusable. I contacted Alex via email as wanted to check the wheel compatibility. He replied back within a couple of hours and confirmed the alloys I wanted would indeed fit ok. I ordered and unfortunately the stock couldn’t be found but he straight away sent an email apologising with images of an almost identical set that he had, which was so helpful as many big companies would have just cancelled the order, so i appreciated his help and recommendation . Communication was brilliant throughout. I ordered on the Tuesday and they arrived via DPD on Thursday, which is faster than advertised. There was a little confusion over the fixing bolts which after speaking to another really helpful guy on WhatsApp (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name but thank you for all your help) was rectified . They were fitted yesterday and not only look perfect, but our fitter commented on how good they looked and the quality of them. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company to anyone!
