When placing an order, I really wish they would provide realistic delivery times. It would be helpful if the site indicated when items are out of stock instead of giving a delivery date that keeps changing with no guarantees. I've been waiting five weeks for something ordered in mid-November that was supposed to arrive in ten days. The latest estimate is now January 2026 (not holding my breath). They should know when their suppliers are delivering. Poor stock management is unacceptable, especially when selling essential products.
