I absolutely loved the dog bed but decided to replace the cover. I was thrilled when the new cover arrived, but I regret throwing out the old one. The new cover doesn't fit well at all, making the bed uncomfortable and unattractive. I hope this can be resolved quickly.

However, I've experienced a consistent issue over the past seven years: even washing the outer covers on a cool wash causes them to shrink. I washed two of them this week, and they no longer fit snugly in the crate.
