I've been a loyal customer, but this experience has really shaken my trust in the brand. I placed an order on July 27, 2025, expecting delivery in about three weeks. Now, as of December 7, 2025, the expected dispatch date is pushed to February 26, 2026. This delay has happened multiple times. It's frustrating to receive generic updates that don't accurately reflect my order's status. Communication has been poor, and customers are left to figure things out on their own. While delays can happen, a three-week delivery turning into a nine-month wait, combined with misleading information, is unacceptable. I still want the product, but I advise others to be cautious about relying on their delivery timelines. After speaking with customer service, I learned my product wasn't in stock at all, and the expected dispatch date might change again. However, I appreciate their honesty and follow-up, which ultimately resolved my issue.
