I own several products from the company, from the large studio to the nest dog bed, and they are excellent and well-made. However, I've experienced a consistent issue over the past seven years: even washing the outer covers on a cool wash causes them to shrink. I washed two of them this week, and they no longer fit snugly in the crate.
