I ordered a second dog bed last week with estimated delivery of monday.The bed and extra cover were stated to be in stock.The money has left my account but no details of when the bed will be sent out. Cannot get through on the phone. Constant message saying phone lines are closed. I emailed yesterday but it takes 3 days for a reply.I am definitely not impressed
