Placed an order on Monday 9th around midday for urgently needed new run covers and clips. Received an email saying that we need to call them to verify/complete security checks and that they won’t ship the order until this is done. Money has already left my account at this point. Tried to call the number the last 3 days (says in the email they are open until 17:30 but website contradicts this saying 12:00 AND that the phone lines are closed) but it’s an automated message saying the phone line isn’t open. How am I supposed to verify my order when we are on day 3 of not being able to contact? I emailed them almost immediately on the Monday and still no reply as of 3pm on the 11th. Very poor customer service, money gone and no idea when or if we will see our products. Also would not be willing to give out payment details via email so have to hope phones one day are back on!Seems very irresponsible to be sending out emails with incorrect or not up to date information/not prioritising email responses for orders that need attention. Delivery estimate was Tuesday when I ordered and now it’s Wednesday with zero resolution to an issue that seems very odd for an order around £200. Would not reccomend.
