Ordered two dresses from this brand as potential bridesmaid dresses. They arrived in incredibly flimsy “sustainable” packaging. In my opinion this is not a robust enough material for posting items, particularly in adverse weather conditions. The dresses themselves were not as described online. The colour match was way off and the dresses were significantly wrinkled. Definitely not worth £99! Even with promotional discount these dresses are completely overpriced for what they are in reality. You can find better on the high street for less. I sent the dresses back and am still waiting on a refund even after two weeks of receiving a notification to confirm the items were received at their warehouse. According to their returns policy a refund could take up to 28 days!! And they take a portion of your money to process the return! Would not recommend.
