Parcel never arrived. Customer service were initially unhelpful then stopped responding. I've given up on the parcel as it's been over a month and would now just like my money refunded
Both of my orders arrived very quickly. The clothing is fantastic, trendy, and somewhat unique. I frequently get compliments and questions about where I found these items. However, I would like more information regarding the company's environmental impact.
Terrible experience!! The product seemed fine, but I had to return it due to sizing issues. I received no notice when the item was shipped; it just appeared one day. Returning it took over 4 weeks for a refund, and I had to send multiple follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, and website messages, with no reply for a month! Awful customer service! Avoid!
I returned an order on December 1 and have yet to receive a refund or any response to my communications. The customer service is terrible; I’ve raised a dispute with my bank, thankfully I used my credit card. I never expected a company of this size to be so poorly managed.
It's unfortunate because their dresses are lovely, but the poor customer service is a letdown. I waited a month and a half for a refund on a returned dress. My emails went unanswered for weeks. It was only after I called that the refund was processed. I suggest anyone facing similar issues to call directly. I won't be shopping here again after this experience.
It's incredibly frustrating to see that other reviewers are facing the same issue as I am. I returned a £200 order over a month ago, and no refund has been processed. I've had no response from customer service. It's shocking, especially during this season! Not everyone has extra money lying around. I've filed a claim with my payment provider, so fingers crossed.
Disappointing first order, and likely my last. The delivery took too long, and the clothing quality is subpar. The sizing is significantly off (much larger than standard), and the stitching on the jeans was messy. I'm currently returning my order (which incurs a fee, not ideal given the poor quality), and I’m uncertain how long this will take, but based on other feedback, it seems it won't be quick. I recommend checking the reviews before placing an order as they highlight similar issues.
