It's incredibly frustrating to see that other reviewers are facing the same issue as I am. I returned a £200 order over a month ago, and no refund has been processed. I've had no response from customer service. It's shocking, especially during this season! Not everyone has extra money lying around. I've filed a claim with my payment provider, so fingers crossed.
