Our picky dog enjoys the supplements, which is a significant achievement. The customer support feels very personal, making you feel genuinely cared for. We recently consulted with an online vet and dog behavior specialists. It was fantastic. The vet was available on New Year's Eve, which was incredibly helpful. They arranged a follow-up call to check in, which was such a kind gesture. We also had a wonderful experience with another specialist, who explained his suggestions very clearly.
