I can’t recommend Omni enough to people, it’s so good , they’re products are amazing and if I’ve ever got any questions or anything customer service is always so quick with a reply.

Our picky dog enjoys the supplements, which is a big win. Exceptional customer support!

Our picky dog enjoys the supplements, which is a significant achievement. The customer support feels very personal, making you feel genuinely cared for. We recently consulted with an online vet and dog behavior specialists. It was fantastic. The vet was available on New Year's Eve, which was incredibly helpful. They arranged a follow-up call to check in, which was such a kind gesture. We also had a wonderful experience with another specialist, who explained his suggestions very clearly. I’m happy to report that our dog is improving in less than a week! Outstanding service overall. Thank you to the team!

Unwanted Automatic Delivery Without Notification

In July 2025, I made what I thought was a one-time purchase for a year's supply of a supplement for irritated skin. However, just six months later, I received an unexpected delivery. I was completely unaware that a repeat order had been placed. After looking into it, I found out that I had been charged for another six-month supply in January 2026, which was processed automatically. I never agreed to a subscription or recurring order and did not see any mention of a renewal. Given that I had already purchased a year's supply, I had no expectation of further deliveries and ignored any emails that I assumed were promotional. It doesn't make sense to buy a year's supply while also agreeing to receive additional products every six months, leading to duplicate supplies. The supplement was ineffective, and I did not plan to repurchase. Now, I find myself with an unwanted extra year's supply that I did not request. It's essential that customers are clearly informed at checkout if their order will renew automatically, which was not the case in my situation.

Notable improvement in skin issues

I recently changed my dog's food due to persistent itching and skin sensitivity. This switch has led to a noticeable improvement. The scratching has significantly decreased, and their skin looks much more settled now. Additionally, the customer support team was very helpful and responsive, especially with inquiries about subscriptions and delivery.

Less scratching!

I recently switched my dog to this food as they were experiencing significant itching and skin sensitivity. The change has made a noticeable difference. The scratching has decreased, and their skin appears much calmer now. I also had a wonderful experience with the customer support team; they were very helpful and responsive regarding subscriptions and deliveries.

Don't waste your money on this

Do not waste your money on these skin supplements; they don't work and can't replace other medications. I was skeptical due to the price but thought it was worth a try—what a waste!

Outstanding customer service!

We recently adopted a senior dog and wanted to try this food. She enjoys the kibble, but unfortunately, the wet food did not agree with her. The customer service has been exceptional throughout. When one parcel was not delivered, they promptly sent a replacement. They were also very accommodating when we needed to swap the remaining wet food for kibble. I couldn't be more impressed!

Best choice for my dog!

Choosing this food was the best decision for my dog! I have a 1.5-year-old rescue Pug who was struggling with her weight. After trying various foods, I took a family member's advice to try this brand. Nearly three months later, my little pug is thriving. Her coat is softer, she feels full longer, and her itchy skin issues have completely resolved. She's a brand new dog, and I couldn't be happier!
