Another transfer from Churchill Knight. Staff do not seem to know what they are doing and the communication is abysmal. I emailed them 3 weeks ago to clarify what the reimbursement process was, followed up with another email and 2 calls. Once i finally got through to someone I was told to look at the portal. When showing there was no expenses option on the portal I was told to email them my expenses. When asked if this was the normal process they proceeded to say 'sure'. Excellent, really sounds like they know what they are doing.They also have not paid me and voicemails are not responded to. After calling 7 times I got through to a person who has had me on hold to payroll for 40 minutes as the only other option was for payroll to call me back which from experience will not happen. After waiting for 40 minutes I was told no one was avaliable due to a meeting. I got a call back from Finn who, to his credit, has been the only person to follow through with actually calling me back. It was confirmed by Finn I will be on the next payroll however no explanation as to why my hours were not processed in a timely manner last week.I eventually got paid before the end of the working day however overall this company has been inaccessible and it should not take a client constantly calling and chasing them to ensure they do their job.Absolutely shocking 'service' I will be starting the process of moving umbrella companies. The fact I have to pay for this 'service' is ridiculous when they can not even get the basics right.
