Similar experience to many others. Transferred from Churchill Knight. 1 week of pay has gone missing and no older pay documents transferred to their portal. Do not answer the phones, do not return calls, do not reply to emails.
Similar to other recent reviews I was forced to transfer over from Churchill Knight. I have had no issues in the two years I was with Churchill Knight, queries were answered instantly and issues resolved very quickly. With Omnia I have had to chase my pay 3 weeks running. I have very little faith in the organisation, they never answer any calls or emails. On the one occasion I spoke to someone they advised me it was ‘teething problems’ due to me being paid weekly on a Tuesday and this issue would be resolved for the following week and yet here I am 3 weeks later wasting more time chasing them for my pay. I would avoid this organisation at all costs.
Omnia Outsourcing acquired Churchill Knight in early August 2025.5 months later I am one of the many contractors transferred to Omnia who have not been paid for weeks.Impossible to contact account managers or payroll staff. The few emails I have received have asked me to coordinate invoicing with my supplier.Utter incompetence, finding a better umbrella company won't be hard.

Forced transfer to Omnia via TUPE but they are in breach of TUPE terms as they do not offer salary sacrifice for pension payments. If taken to court they would be in serious trouble and would be liable to significant payments.Very poor communication. Impossible to contact. Avoid at all costs.
Another transfer from Churchill Knight. Staff do not seem to know what they are doing and the communication is abysmal. I emailed them 3 weeks ago to clarify what the reimbursement process was, followed up with another email and 2 calls. Once i finally got through to someone I was told to look at the portal. When showing there was no expenses option on the portal I was told to email them my expenses. When asked if this was the normal process they proceeded to say 'sure'. Excellent, really sounds like they know what they are doing.They also have not paid me and voicemails are not responded to. After calling 7 times I got through to a person who has had me on hold to payroll for 40 minutes as the only other option was for payroll to call me back which from experience will not happen. After waiting for 40 minutes I was told no one was avaliable due to a meeting. I got a call back from Finn who, to his credit, has been the only person to follow through with actually calling me back. It was confirmed by Finn I will be on the next payroll however no explanation as to why my hours were not processed in a timely manner last week.I eventually got paid before the end of the working day however overall this company has been inaccessible and it should not take a client constantly calling and chasing them to ensure they do their job.Absolutely shocking 'service' I will be starting the process of moving umbrella companies. The fact I have to pay for this 'service' is ridiculous when they can not even get the basics right.
Another transfer from Churchill Knight. No instructions / guide provided for process - no response via phone.Finally received a new activation email with no instruction, no guidance in terms of how to submit timesheets - still not been paid..
