I placed an order on 6 May 2025, and after two weeks without receiving it, I followed up only to be told the product was out of stock (though it was still listed as in stock on their site). When I followed up again, they claimed it was still out of stock. I requested a refund on 29 May 2025, providing the requested banking details. Despite numerous follow-ups, I still have not received my refund as of 31.07.2025.
