Terrible customer service experience

The customer service is incredibly poor. The connection issues with the device are frustrating, and the adhesive doesn’t stick properly, leading to repeated detachment. My daughter was hospitalized due to insulin not being delivered because of pod failures. We have wasted two boxes and now face hospital bills. I contacted the support team, but they kept putting me on hold without offering any real help. This situation is unacceptable, and the company needs to improve both the product and the adhesive.
