I really appreciate the pump; it has significantly improved my life. However, when problems arise, getting help from the company is incredibly challenging. I experienced a long period without connection, despite changing both the pump and sensor multiple times. My blood sugar levels became dangerously high, and I had to buy emergency supplies. The responses from customer service have been frustrating and unhelpful, leading me to feel neglected. It’s disappointing that a product meant for medical needs is treated so casually. I love the pump, but the organization and customer care need a serious overhaul.
