Frustrating experience with malfunctioning device

If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. I've repeatedly contacted support for help with a malfunctioning device, only to be met with dismissive responses. The suggestion to simply restart the device is not a viable solution when I need insulin urgently. I plan to switch to a different pump as I'm increasingly disappointed with the service.
