I cannot confirm all the bad experiences people are facing dealing with the Insulet/Omnipod customer service.I do have a couple of issues from time to time with some of the pods but Im very happy with the service and the folks on the phone. Maybe Im just lucky and always catch the right people but getting a replacement for a nonfunctional pod is no issue at all. Whether I contact via phone or simply on their webpage. Even when I need the next delivery a little earlier this works perfectly fine. Called them yesterday and received my next delivery and replacement pods less than 24h later.So great service and not much more I can expect!Thanks Insulet / Omnipod for supporting with your service!
