The customer service has been very disappointing, especially regarding the device connection issues. The adhesive doesn’t hold well, causing additional problems. My daughter was hospitalized due to the pod failure, and despite wasting two boxes, the support team offered little assistance. This experience has been frustrating, and significant changes are needed in the product's design and adhesive quality.
