This delay cost me 48 hours and led to missing my promotional email. When I requested a refund to seek another service, the live representative told me to wait 48 hours to see if a refund could be arranged. It's frustrating that their service malfunctioned, causing me to miss out on my promotion, and now I'm left waiting for a possible refund.
